Kingsley's Notes

This workshop starts early and ends late! Start times will vary depending upon the seasin. Once you book I’ll be in touch to discuss preferred locations and confirm the exact pick up times.

Throughout the day, you’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on instruction covering all key aspects of landscape photography. We’ll explore some of Cornwall’s most stunning locations, where you’ll have the opportunity to practice and refine your skills in real-time. During our lunch break, we’ll review your morning shots and offer feedback to help you improve further. By the end of the day, you’ll be capturing breathtaking landscapes like a pro.

Common Questions

What should I bring?
  • Camera and chosen lenses in your bag, as well as your tripod.
  • Any filters, polarizers and graduated filters you own.
  • All weather gear. Cornwall does have sunshine, but the weather can also turn on you without warning.
  • Waterproof walking boots, shoes or Wellington boots.
    Battery power to see the session out. There are no sockets to plug your charger into out in the wilds.
  • Drinks, snacks etc. to keep you going.
  • Mobile phone, two phones are always better than one…
  • It is also important to consider insurance for your camera gear if you are an adventurous photographer.
What's included in the tour?

Your tour includes:

  • Transport with local pick up and drop off.
  • Photoshoots at a choice of Cornwall’s top photography locations.
  • Professional photography guidance with local expert guide throughout the day.
What's not included?

Your tour does not include:

  • Attraction Entrance Tickets These can be pre-booked by arrangement if required but shouldn’t be necessary for photgraphy tours.
  • Travel outside of Cornwall
    Please request a quote if this is required.
  • Food & Drinks 
    Please bring snacks or a packed lunch. For our full day tours we can stop at a local pub or cafe if you wish.
  • Accommodation
    We are happy to recommend local accommodation.
How many people can you take?

Our photography tours are for individuals or small groups of up to 4 people.

If you would like to book a photography tour for a larger group please contact us and we will be happy to arrange it.

How long is the tour?

Our One Day Photography tours run for approximately 8 hours.

Our Sunrise and Sunset Photography tours run for approximately 3 hours.

Your tour guide will contact you after booking to agree precise start times as these will vary according to the time of year.

All tours may be longer than advertsised to allow for pick up location and seasonal traffic.

Can I bring my dog?

Our photography tours are not suitable for dogs – we’ll be happy to recommend a local dog sitter.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Tours can be amended (subject to availability) or cancelled any time up to 14 days before your tour date.

Cancellations after this date are charged at 80% of the full price. We recommend that guests have suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected late cancellations.

What happens if the tour is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that your tour is cancelled by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
